WCQ2G series double power supplies automatic transfer switch (ATS) applies to AC50Hz, rated operation voltage 400V, rated operation current 16A to 2000A, to two circuits power supply of emergency power supply system. It can be set as manual of the mutual transfer between frequent-use and backup power supply, as circuit controlling switch of control, signal, and interlock functions. Some types of the product have communication ports to make it realisable of remote control and unattended substation to the user. Itapplies to residence community, hospital, mall, airport, etc.,
The ATS meets standards IEC/EN60947 and GB/T14048.11.

The WCQ2G automatic transfer switch works reliably under the following conditions:
Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters
Ambient temperature not higher than 40℃,not lower than-5℃,relative humidity not more than 95%.
No explosion hazardous medium environment
No rain or snow attack environment
Note:If the switch is expected to be used in conditions where the ambient air temperatureis higher than+40℃or lower than -5~-45,the user should explain to the manufacturer.

This topic is covered in more detail in Double Power Supplies Wcq2g Automatic Intelligent Type Changeover Switch 50Hz 400V Transfer Switch.
The smart version adds an electronic controller that continuously monitors both sources, makes decisions based on programmable thresholds, and reports its status. This goes beyond a simple motorized changeover by offering self-diagnosis, adjustable parameters, and optional remote communication for unattended operation.
The display indicates which source is live, whether the load is on the main or backup supply, voltage/frequency values, and any fault or alarm conditions. It lets the operator confirm the transfer state at a glance without measuring each circuit manually.
Yes. The controller is programmable, allowing you to set undervoltage/overvoltage trip levels, transfer delay, retransfer delay, and generator warm-up/cool-down timing. This lets you tailor behavior to the load and the tolerance of your backup source.
Select versions include communication ports for remote monitoring and control, which supports unattended substations and building management systems. Through these interfaces you can read source status, transfer events, and alarms from a central supervisory system.
The controller measures voltage (and frequency where applicable) on both inputs in real time. If one source drifts outside the configured band while the other is healthy, it initiates a controlled transfer according to the programmed logic and delays.
On main failure, the controller starts the generator via a relay output, waits until its output is stable, then closes the backup path. When the main supply is restored and remains stable for the retransfer delay, it transfers back and shuts the generator down after a cool-down period.
The smart WCQ2G is offered in 1P, 2P, 3P, and 4P versions. Single-phase loads use 1P or 2P, while three-phase installations choose 3P (without neutral switching) or 4P (with neutral switching) depending on the earthing arrangement.
An emergency manual operation lets you operate the mechanism by hand for commissioning or in a power-loss control scenario. The device can also be set to manual mutual transfer between preferred and backup sources when automatic operation is not desired.
It is used in hospitals, commercial centers, airports, industrial plants, and residential communities where automatic, monitored backup power is required. It is especially suitable for installations that need remote supervision rather than a manned switchboard.
It is built to IEC/EN 60947-6-1 and GB/T 14048.11 for transfer switching equipment. These standards define the ratings, interlock requirements, and endurance tests that ensure safe, reliable transfer between two supplies.
