ELEKTRO 2024 in Moscow

June - July 2024

From June 4 to 7, 2024, Westhomes Ele took part in Elektro 2024, held at EXPOCENTRE Moscow. This long-running trade show focuses on everything from power equipment and control systems to smart grids and lighting technology. With hundreds of exhibitors and a strong international presence, it’s become a regular meeting point for those working in the electrical and energy space across Russia and Eastern Europe.

What Was on Display

At our booth, we focused on practical solutions used in real-world power systems. That included breakers for both small-scale and industrial applications, automatic transfer switches that help manage backup power, and surge protection devices for keeping systems safe. We didn’t go overboard—just clean displays, clear info, and plenty of time to talk with visitors about how these parts fit into different setups or meet regional requirements.

Why Elektro Still Matters

Elektro isn’t just a product showcase—it’s also a place to stay in touch with how the industry is moving. We saw lots of interest in grid stability, energy efficiency, and how electrical components support changing infrastructure needs. Visitors came from a range of backgrounds: engineers, facility operators, system designers, and procurement teams. Whether they were looking for a specific part or just exploring ideas, the conversations were direct and helpful.

Topics That Came Up

Many people we spoke with asked about certifications, installation compatibility, and how our products work with regional standards. There were also questions about supply timelines and tech support after installation. These discussions gave us a solid sense of what matters most on the ground in this market.
