Westhomes recently held a Feishu digital office training session to support its push on digital management. Company leaders sat down with the Feishu team to talk through digital workplace tools, information management, and how the platform fits into day-to-day operations. The discussion covered internal communication, document sharing, workflow management and task coordination, with both sides looking at how digital tools can cut friction in daily operations.

Following the leadership meeting, a hands-on training session was run for all administrative and timekeeping staff on the fifth floor.
