WCW1 series intelligent univeral circuit breaker (circuit breaker for short) applies at distribution network of AC 50Hz, rated voltage upto 600V( 690V), rated current 200A to 6300A, to distribute power and protect line and power supply equipments from fault demage of overload, under voltage, short circuit, single phase grounding. The circuit breaker has function of intelligent Protection with accurate
selection to increase power supply reliability ths to avoid unnecessary power cut. It has open communication interface to make “Four-remote type Control” to fulfill requirements of control center and automatic system. The circuit breakers’ impulse withstand voltage is 8000V when at altitude 2000 meter (Clarity according to standards of different altitude not over 12000V.)

Related: ACB vs MCCB: Selection Guide for Main Incomers, which covers air circuit breaker step by step.
An intelligent ACB is a low-voltage air circuit breaker that uses an electronic (microprocessor) trip unit instead of a thermal-magnetic trip. It provides precise, adjustable protection plus metering, communication, and diagnostic functions, typically used as the main incoming breaker in switchgear.
The trip unit samples current (and often voltage) continuously and computes thermal and magnetic protection curves digitally. It offers adjustable long-time, short-time, and instantaneous settings, plus earth-fault protection, and it records trips and measurements for analysis.
This ACB is rated up to 690 V AC, covering both 400 V/415 V distribution and higher 690 V industrial systems. Frame sizes extend to 630 A and above, so it can be selected to match the capacity of the main or sub-main distribution.
A 3P breaker switches and protects the three phase conductors only, while a 4P breaker also switches the neutral. Choose 4P where neutral isolation is required by the earthing scheme or by safety/maintenance requirements, otherwise 3P is standard.
A drawout ACB can be racked out to a test or isolated position without disconnecting the main busbars, making maintenance and replacement easier. A fixed version is bolted directly in place and is simpler and lower cost but requires isolation from upstream equipment for service.
As an ODM/OEM product, the ACB can be customized in ratings, auxiliary contacts, trip-unit options, communication modules, labeling, and branding to fit your switchgear project. This allows integrators to match the breaker to specific panel designs and customer specifications.
It is offered with CB, CE, ISO, and CCC type approvals. These mark compliance with international safety, EMC, quality-system, and Chinese national mandatory certification requirements, easing market entry and project tendering.
It is designed and tested to IEC 60947-2 (Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear—Circuit-breakers), which defines the ratings, protective characteristics, and short-circuit performance for circuit breakers.
An ACB handles higher current and short-circuit levels, offers drawout flexibility and extensive adjustable protection/communication, and is used for main incoming. An MCCB is smaller, lower cost, and used for feeder and branch circuits. For the main switchboard, an ACB is the typical choice.
Intelligent ACBs serve as main incoming breakers, bus-tie, and large feeder protection in industrial plants, commercial buildings, hospitals, data centers, and power distribution substations where selectivity, monitoring, and high breaking capacity are required.
